The dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, and larger particles of dust directly fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing particulate dust passes through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas is purified and discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.

Dust cleaning process of pneumatic pulse bag filter:

As the filtration process continues, the amount of dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag increases, and the operating resistance of the dust collector increases. The conversion valve of a certain filtration unit closes, and the filtration unit stops working. Compressed air is blown back into the filtration unit to blow off the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. Then, the conversion valve plate opens, and the filtration unit resumes operation, and the cleaning of dust shifts to the next filtration unit. The entire dust cleaning process is carried out alternately by each filtering unit.
